WCS's proprietary software will process the sales leads as they complete the form requesting additional information. These leads will be provided to you in digital format on a daily basis. See an example.

It is essential that the sales leads that WCS delivers are of the utmost quality. To improve the overall quality of the leads, WCS utilizes the following data screens to verify the integrity of each prospect's contact information.

• Required Fields/Data Type: The consumer or business MUST COMPLETE all required fields. Fields are then checked for data type to determine accuracy. We will first ensure that all required fields have been filled-out. Then, we will check the data type for each entry. For instance the "email address" must have valid syntax, "phone number" must be 10 digits, etc.


• Zip Code Match: The Zip Code is verified against the national Postmaster's Database. The zip code must correlate to the city and state that were entered.


• Area Code Match: The area code of the phone number entered is checked against the city and state entered to verify an accurate correlation. The area code must correlate to the city/state for the lead to be considered qualified.
